Five steps to safety

Mapping
Together we map out which hazardous substances are used within your organization. We help draw up an up-to-date product register, including safety data sheets and (company) limit values. We also inventory characteristics of the workplaces. We then record all activities that are carried out with hazardous substances within your organization.

Evaluation
Based on the recorded input in the inventory, risk assessments are automatically carried out in Chemrade using validated calculation models (Stoffenmanager Exposure Model and ECETOC-TRA Worker model). You gain insight into where the health risks are within your organization based on the models. With room for external (model) estimates and measurement data, our software offers one platform where you can bundle all information, from safety data sheets to the associated risk assessment.

Action plan

Assurance
Once all work with hazardous substances has been sufficiently checked, you can use workplace instruction cards (WIKs) to instruct employees on how to work safely with hazardous substances, specifically tailored to your situation. Available via PC, mobile, tablet or business system. With Chemrade you are not only clear and transparent in your communication with your employees, but also compliant with legislation.

Support
Because our platform can offer solutions in multiple sectors and for various companies, the implementation is tailor-made per organization. Together we look at the best way to integrate Chemrade with you. This can be for one location, but also for large companies with multiple locations worldwide. We would love to discover together what works best for you. We can take most of the work off your hands, outsource parts to one of our partners or train you to work independently.

With the Easy Risk Assessment (ERA) module you don't have to reinvent the wheel. This tool offers an industry-specific solution that helps companies identify hazardous substances and ensure a safe working environment. ERA gives you access to an extensive substances database from which you can easily draw and directly select the substances that are relevant to your organization.
